A beautiful summer morning in Idaho is made even better by the appearance of the Pend Oreille Valley Railroad's local on its eastward trip to Sandpoint, Idaho to transfer with BNSF. It is seen here along the north bank of the Pend Oreille River between the towns of Priest River and Laclede, about to pass through a rock cut.
