| BNSF 1759 was added to the head end of Amtrak's Southwest Chief due to locomotive issues out west. The train is running several hours late as it arrives in La Plata amid October fall colors. It was quite the sound getting to hear this SD40-2 throttle up out of town after the station stop. |
