| Cato was the first winter storm to effect the Northeast, dropping several inches of snow on Northern New Jersey. During the height of the storm it was a near white out over the M&E's Morristown yard. The white stuff is blanketing NJT GP40PH-2 4212 and M&E's recently acquired Bangor & Aroostook GP7u's 21 and 23. |
