| Unfortunately getting up early to catch the 5.30 am train from I. Jacobacci to Bariloche was not a good idea. Only a few kilometers after departure, the train stopped in the middle of the pampa. The reason for that was a technical problem on the generator for electrical power transmission. Finally after four hours of discussions and trials, the train rolled back to the station. Instead of having a comfortable ride in the ex-portuguese 1st class coaches, we ended up in the bus for a four hours ride on the dirt road to Bariloche. |
