Last picture of my US trip, on the way to the SFO airport when changing from the F-Line to BART in the Market Street. PCC streetcar # 1008 dates back to 1948 when it was delivered by St.Louis Car Co. to San Francisco, where it ran since then. Now again in the original paint scheme from the 1940'. In the background the clocktower of the impressive Ferry Building from 1898.
