The Great Lakes Central OSTN passes by the wonderful Howell Depot, which has watched the end of Ann Arbor steam, numerous unique diesel units, and the return of steam with the Pere Marquette 1225 and the Nickel Plate 765 on various occasions. The depot was restored several years ago and turned into a museum. If the depot could tell stories, they would be splendid.
