| Amtrak train 83 sprints south, en route from Boston to Newport News, Va. The train is on the straight tangent of track between Lane Interlocking and the Elizabeth S Curve.
Today the train has one of the vanishing AEM-7 locomotives for power. The new Siemens ACS-64 locomotives will eventually replace all the AEM-7s from revenue service. |
