Remarks & Notes

WALKWAY REOPENS... The New Jersey Department of Transportation has completed the rebuilding of the westbound lanes of Route 46 across the NYS&W and CSX, along with the Hackensack River. Along with the westbound lanes reopening, the north sidewalk is now reopened, allowing rail photographers a view of the NYS&W engine terminal. On February 1 a borrowed NS GP38-2 rests near the NYS&W sand tower.
