Remarks & Notes

RS-11s 3600 and 3609 finish switching a westbound freight at the DWP yard on the hillside in the west end of Duluth. Missabe's Proctor hill main is above this yard on the hillside. The white flag on the front of engine 3600 indicates this train may have been an extra north getting ready to leave town.
