During one of the larger snow storms of the year in Albany, a CP local makes a light engine move back to Kenwood Yard after working an industry just to the north. CP 4653 is an ex Boston & Maine unit and has a unique version of the CP scheme that was applied at the CP shop in Binghamton, NY
