| A pair of SD40-2s returning from working around downtown Birmingham pass what is left of Woodlawn Junction. Once upon a time something of a hotspot where C of G trains crossed Southern on their way to and from East Thomas yard on the city's west side, Woodlawn Jct lost most of its reason for being more than 50 years ago when the Central trains were rerouted via Southern. By the time CofG disappeared into Southern, the junction saw little activity. |
