Three engines sit outside at the shop at Strasburg awaiting funds, time and eventual restoration. Captured here on a brisk Winter's day in March, we see primarily, the rear of the engineer's side of former Reading Railroad 0-4-0 Camelback #1187, last ran in 1967 at Strasburg. Further towards the shop, are Canadian Pacific 4-6-0 #972 (former Rail Tours at Jim Thorpe, PA and sold to Strasburg in 1995) and Long Island Railroad Museum's PRR built 4-6-0 LIRR #39.
