February was a month to remember In Southwest Virginia, where heavy snow fall and strong winds created several snow banks along the 55 mile Abingdon Branch. N&W 4-8-0 #382 is captured here edging through a snow bank cleared earlier in the day by a Russel snow plow kept on hand for such emergencies.
