A pair of GE ES44AH 'heavies' lead a West Elk to Long Beach coal train down the 2% through Gilluly on March 14, 2015. Historically, maintenance on the Soldier Creek fill has been a headache for decades, and with new erosion it appears to be ready for additional fill work.
