      Remarks & Notes
Norfolk Southern's Office Car Special is seen stopped for a crew change at Bristol, Virginia. The Roanoke-based Virginia Division crew and Road Foreman of Engines (supervisor) have disembarked, and a Knoxville-based Central Division crew and supervisor prepare to board the locomotives and bring the train west toward Knoxville.
