The crew of the Cincinnati East Terminal RR make their shove into Winchester Grain on their very first revenue run to the location.  This section of the N&W Peavine was rail-banked by Norfolk Southern last year but recently leased the line to the CCET who was already running to the Huhtamaki Plant at Batavia on the line.  The CCET delivered 10 hoppers to Winchester who went right to work loading them.
