Remarks & Notes

A long train of empty coal hoppers trails the quintet of EMD and GEs led by SD40-2 7247. The rear two GEs are U30Cs. The train is westbound from Alliance and is about to complete its climb up the east side of Crawford Hill and begin its descent through Windy Point and down into Crawford as it heads back towards Gillette, WY and the Powder River Basin.
