| After a two year rehabilitation, the Henley Street Bridge in downtown Knoxville is back open to traffic and pedestrians allowing this overhead view of the Knoxville riverfront and University of Tennessee campus. KXHR freight train 102 is seen southbound headed to the Forks of the River Industrial Park with the consist for the Three Rivers Rambler scenic excursion train tied down in the siding. |
