A North Jersey Coast Line veteran, 4215, leads X233 to Bay Head, bringing two ALP-45DPs and a six car train with it. The ALP-45DP has become increasingly common on the diesel section of the NJCL, with as many as 5 units being assigned to Bay Head at once. It is a changing time on the lower NJCL, as Geeps have become rare and PL42ACs uncommon at times.
