SOO 4438 and SOO 4416 are assigned to local duty near the St. Paul Pig's Eye yard. Today, the crew is assembling a line of tanker cars from a nearby oil refinery. The conductor is tying SOO 4438 to one of the tankers. This was taken from a pedestrian bridge that crosses the tracks and adjacent highway.
