While Metrolink 91-Line train 706 (Los Angeles to Riverside, led by F59PH 862) makes its station stop at Fullerton, a three-unit set of BNSF Railway ES44DCs (7712-7747-7750) rolls to a stop to let the passenger train cross from Track 3 to Track 2 ahead of it. The BNSF units are heading to Esperanza, about eight miles to the east, where intermodal trains are stored awaiting space in Los Angeles' Hobart Yard.
