A pair of Norfolk Southern units pull a New York, NY to Los Angeles, CA intermodal train across the northern Arizona region. The NS power runs through from the NS on to the BNSF tracks. Usually, the NS power gets swapped out for BNSF power at Fort Madison, IA or at Kansas City. Recently, the power has been kept on till Barstow, CA.
