After receiving a signal to proceed south at 23rd St.(M.P. J-149.9/WA-137.3 23rd St.) we see CSX N290-06 (Madisonville,KY-Stilesboro,GA) is underway with 100 cars of western Kentucky coal enroute for Georgia Power Plant Bowen in Stilesboro, GA. At this location this is the end of the CSX Chattanooga Sub, and the starting of the CSX Western & Atlantic Sub (WA)
