Latham Volunteer Fire and Rescue Fire Protection District has its emergency vehicles parked outside during the 66th Annual Ice Cream Social, as Elgin, Joliet & Eastern Railway GP38-2 703 heads through town with seventy two loads and 5 empties, 9388 tons.
