      Remarks & Notes
After some shop work, electrical tinkering and half a new coat of paint, 407 is back in action to serve as the main motive power on the Catskill Mountain Railroad's 'Esopus Scenic Train' in what should soon be a New York Central inspired paint scheme, similar to her cousin number 401 in Kingston. This unit was built in 1946 for the Long Island Railroad, and later served as a MoW engine on the SIRT system.
