GO 647 has been rebuilt with two Cummins QSK60 engines by Motive Power, and now has a new hood configuration and longer body to accommodate the upgrades. It now sports 5400 H.P. and is tier 4 compliant. The unit can run on either a single engine or both engines as needed. It will be tested at the DOT's transportation test center in Colorado before shipping out to Canada.
