| On an early September morning, CSX Y128 moves slowly across CSX's winding Wilder main. He's running north from the former L&N yard in DeCoursey to switch LaFarge Gypsum. The Gypsum plant sits on the site of C&O's former Silver Grove Kentucky yard. Sadly, Chessie System Steam locomotive #2101 fell victim to a roundhouse fire there in 1979 and was damaged beyond repair. |
