| Du # 109 of association ?stra Sk?nes J?rnv?gar in Kristianstads, with a charter special from Aengelholm over Hallands?sen to B?stad Nord, entering Grevie for a crossing with a X55 (SJ3000) trainset of the SJ. The 1`C 1`locomotive with rod drive was built in 1925 by ASEA and NOHAB for the Statens J?rnv?gar. The train had run on a 1.3 % grade for 4955 meter, as you can read on the signal. This steep and curvy section of the west coast mainline over the Hallands?sen mountain will be replaced in december 2015 by a new double track (two single bores) 8,5 kilometer long tunnel. |
