With the news of the CCRR being absorbed by the G&W, word spread that the days for this Alco S4 are numbered. An impromptu photo shoot was put together by a few photographers after the conclusion of the official photo shoot for "Glory Days of Railroading" across the river in White River Junction, Vermont. The lonely Alco and a CCRR GP9 will be stars of the show for at least this one more night.
