The Blue Heron Paper Mill was once a busy industry along the Willamette River. In fact, it used to have a dedicated local that would run south from Clackamas to the site. Sadly, the mill closed down in February 2011, and hasn't produced a single page of paper since. Fast forward to September 2015, and a Union Pacific manifest is seen passing the former mill structure.
