| During the late months of October as the fall colors was really starting to show, we see empty coal bucket NS 733 (Juliette,GA-Memphis,TN/BNSF) is slowing down before going over the Hickory Valley Rd crossing. The Chattanooga Terminal (CT) Dispatcher has told the crew that their was no room to get the train in town so they would have to tie the train down til things clear up for the time being. |
