As the "Go Jags!" banner lays on a high-rise in downtown Jacksonville, a triplet of EMDs lead NS 76V, a loaded coal train for the FEC, across the St. Johns River. The coal will eventually end up in south Florida, at a cement plant in western Miami-Dade county.
