An EMD-Alco-GE lashup heads east near COLA Tower, passing under the Columbia-Wrightsville Bridge. The 2nd unit, an RS-11, was built for the PRR in 1957. The 3rd unit is a U23B, built for the PC in 1973. Photo date is approximate.
