During the June of 2015, the Powder River Basin experienced mass flooding causing a major delay in coal train. A day after the line opened, coal trains begin to move out of the yards they were parked at to retrieve their coal loads. Here, a westbound empty bucket heads for the North Antelope Mine in the Powder River as it races across the farmlands of Arcadia, Iowa.
