While the sunny weather and clear skies were very permitting, me and few friends decided to head downtown to Belmont. The day was not very disappointing with foreign power and W-Line reroutes. Running around its usual time, Linwood, NC- Macon, GA manifest, 119, throttles up after receiving a restricted approach at CP North Belmont for the 27T reroute to get out of the CP South Fork track two signal block (NS 212 was on track one at SF). The signal changed from restricted to clear right as he rounded the corner.
