| Class 36 (200) diesel shunter, 36-214, working the yard just opposite the old Clairwood Racecourse. Designed by General Motors Electro Motive Division and built by General Motors South Africa as Type SW1002. 101 of these Class 36 (200) locomotives entered service in 1980/1. |
