      Remarks & Notes
Fairbanks-Morse Trainmaster action in the Lebanon Valley, in a scene scanned from a slide from the collection of the late Hen Westenberger. The 863 was one of seventeen H24-66s (Hood, 2400 hp, 6 motors, 6 axles) built for the Reading. Note the WABCo H-6 Type horn recessed in the top of the short hood above the headlight. This train is eastbound, with a GP35 trailing.
