| After crossing back into Tennessee CSX Q582-13 (Atlanta,GA-Nashville,TN) is slowly stomping its feet up the mountain through Whiteside following the heel of haulage right train NS 325 as that train is making the descent downgrade on the other side of the mountain. Meantime CSX Q230 which is on the adjacent track is scooting north up grade. I believe the dispatcher is going to stop all the slow traffic on the main 1 track just to get Q230 ahead. |
