Ban-Lon slacks were the order of the day for men in the mid-70s, as the operator returns from hooping up the flimsies to CR 6547 East. Traffic was heavy that afternoon, with the "American Freedom Train" due in the late afternoon from York. The two tracks in the foreground branch off at Wago Junction, heading to York and Baltimore; the two far tracks continue east across Shocks Mill Bridge. The 6547 was ordered from GE by the PRR, but delivered in PC paint just after the merger in early 1968.
