Remarks & Notes

Prior to being placed into its leader duties for the 2015 Toys for Tots train between Binghamton and Schenectady on Saturday, December 5, Norfolk Southern SD60E #6960 was spiffied up for the occasion. Unit is seen just before being added to the arriving Amtrak train set on Friday night, December 4. (PS: I did not flood anything, the puddle just happened to be there...)
