    Remarks & Notes
The RNCX 1797 stops for passengers in Burlington. The Station originally opened in 1868 as a large locomotive repair shop by the North Carolina Railroad. In 1895 the station was acquired by the Southern Railroad along with the North Carolina Railroad. It was restored to its current condition as a Station in 2003.
