| With the rapidly growing fleet of ACS-64s some AEM-7s have found (literally) a new lease on life. Seen here is MARC train 523 departing Seabrook just minutes from the Nation's Capital with a leased Amtrak AEM-7 providing power. MARC has leased some of these units for power on their electric trains so they can sideline their old unrebuilt AEM-7DCs as well as some of their HHP-8s. |
