Outlawed at the Starrucca House
In an effort to get the evening road freight out of Binghamton before the arrival of the Strates Carnival train the railroad had a local crew bring the train to Susquehanna, PA. In this scene the famous Starrucca house is in the background while two ex-NJT Comet I's rust their final days away next to the active NYSW main. The scene has changed in just over a year as the Comet I's have been scrapped and the vacant track at the right is used for storage purposes. |
