Remarks & Notes
CR 9929, an Alco RS-3M (re-built with EMD power) handles switching duties at Conrail's Altoona yard in the company of much newer, but stored former Erie-Lackawanna SD45-2s. The venerable RS-3M was Penn Central 5581 and before that Pennsy 8481, so it probably feels somewhat at home on the former Pennsy mainline.
