| A rather short Q124 with slightly more loaded well cars then empty ones splits the signals at Lafayette Connection. This location is where the CSX Lineville and A&WP Subs come together as they share a common route through the city of LaGrange. This shared track allows for 2 miles of double track mainline and a way to move trains off or on either sub which is what the K846 empty covered hopper train did as it left the A&WP sub for a move onto the Lineville side a few minutes earlier. |
