On cold and late January night, Pan Am train EDPL (East Deerfield - Plainville) sits outlawed next to the GE plant in Plainville, Normally i wouldn't be out this late for this train but today Pan Am sent along LTEX SD40-2 2964 as the trailing unit, which is very rare to have down here in this part of Connecticut, even more rare to have a 6 axle unit on this part of the branch line.
