At Blue Island, Illinois, there are four large bridges that span the Calumet-Saganashkee Channel. On a cold January 18th, 2016, BNSF train Q-FTMCXO3-16, a Guaranteed Service Intermodal, which originated in Fort Madison IA and is heading to the CSX's Northwest Ohio Terminal, crosses the Cal-Sag Channel on CSX trackage. BNSF ES44C4 6614 is on the head-end, followed by Dash 9-44CW 5089 and ES44DC 7491.
