| An Acela heads north up the center track at full speed. Odenton has seen many trains pass by since a station was first built there by the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad (already under PRR control) in 1872.
EDIT: correction/addition by a commenter: the original station was built there in 1873, not 1872, and was torn down in 1934; the current station was built in 1943. |
