The effects of Snowmageddon 2016 were clearly evident this morning in Tipton, with only 2 and 3 tracks seeing limited service. Following behind Amtrak's eastbound Pennsylvanian, this stack train was one of the few to make the journey east to Harrisburg and 30+ inches of snow before all intermodal trains were yarded. Later in the day the rest were yarded at Rose, Pitcairn, and Conway and held until the weather broke.
