Remarks & Notes

The New York, NY, to Los Angeles, CA, Z-train hammers westbound near small town of Rutledge in northern Missouri. This is the busy BNSF Transcon mainline that sees roughly 60-80 trains a day between Galesburg and KC. Alot of super elevated curves allow for 90 mph passenger and 70 mph freight train speeds over this winding countryside.
